Removing a bearing wall

Owners of this classic Milton home wanted to open up their living  space.  But that involved removing a load-bearing wall. In a multi-step process, our team replaced the wall with a steel beam. We carefully patched the floor and matched the trim to create a beautiful new open space that fits the original style and flows from one room to another.
